Bucks County Foodshed Alliance presents “Backyard Fruit,” a presentation on how to easily grow a variety of fruit in your backyard from a fruit and permaculture expert, Adam Dusen of Hundred Fruit Farm in Buckingham. This event will be held at Plumsteadville Grange on Wednesday, February 7 at 7:00pm.

Adam Dusen will go into detail about common and uncommon fruit. From raspberries, to paw paws, Dusen will teach attendees everything you need to know about growing, keeping plants healthy, and harvesting fresh, delicious fruit right in your backyard. Bring your questions, because after the presentation there will be a Q&A session.

Adam Dusen grew up here in Bucks County, and then traveled the world learning about permaculture and agroecology. At Hundred Fruit Farm, Dusen and his team work hard to maintain agricultural traditions in order to preserve the character of Bucks County’s farmland as well as supporting the local food movement. He is an experienced permaculture farmer, designer, and educator who will share his knowledge at this event to help you grow flourishing fruit in your own backyard!
