Bucks County Foodshed Alliance presents an educational talk and workshop on fermented drinks. Learn from experts like Andrea of the popular local company, Sole Kombucha on Wednesday, October 4, 7-9 pm, at Plumsteadville Grange, 5901 Old Easton Rd, Plumsteadville 18949. Registration not required; no charge; donations encouraged to help cover the costs of supplies.
Attendees are required to bring a 2-quart jar to start your first kombucha brew in. Sole Kombucha will provide the scoby and starter tea. Other jars are also encouraged to bring along for other ferments.
