Pickling & Fermentation Class @ Snipes Farm

Learn about the wonderful old world food preservation techniques that keep palates and digestive systems happy!
Brad Berry, farmer and home fermenter, will edify and guide participants in simple sauerkraut, yogurt, and pickling recipes with inspiration from the book Wild Fermentation. Health benefits and food history will be included.

Cost of the class is $30.
