Who doesn't love butter, bacon, and a juicy burger? Fats are delicious! But all fats were not created equal. Fats in general have been vilified as the source of heart disease and obesity. Doctors and Nutritionists have long extolled the benefits of the "low-fat diet." Food producers trimuphanty proclaim "Fat-free" or "Low-Fat." So why are so many Americans suffering from these health issues? What is to blame? And what is the real role of fats? Learn how fats are an essential part of a healthy diet and which are the "good" ones.
