Herb and Pesto Preservation Class

Does the smell of basil bring joy to your senses? Do you salivate at the aroma of sage or tarragon? 

If so, join us for Herb & Pesto Night, where Beth Miller, Master Food Preserver, will demonstrate tips on drying and storing herbs. We'll also taste a variety of pestos you can easily make at home and learn how to pickle some of your favorite summer veggies.
