Local experts will discuss the new face of hunger, its root causes and innovative approaches to alleviating food-insecurity and food-inequality.
Forum is located at Delaware Valley University in the Mandell Science Building, Room 114. 700 E Butler Avenue, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Expert panelists include:
- Cathy Snyder: Founder and Executive Director of Rolling Harvest Food Rescue, connecting our local farmers with neighbors in need.
- Tony D’Orazio: Owner of Carversville Farm Foundation, growing organic produce and proteins for donation to our area’s food pantries and soup kitchens.
- John Crooke: Owner of Tinicum CSA, pioneered the donation of organically-grown farm shares direct to food-insecure families.
- Pastor Vicky Allen: from First United Methodist Church of Fairless Hills, PA, the coordinator of their successful food pantry program
Registration not required. This event is free, but donations are encouraged.

Heading SOUTH on State Street/Butler Avenue, turn left on New Britain Road, just past the entrances to route 611.
Make the first right onto Admission Drive. On the right is the Admissions Parking Lot.
Continue onto Campus Drive. Turn left after Lasker Hall. Mandell Science Building will be on your right. There is parking to the left and the right of Mandell Science Building.
The Forum will take place in room 114.
